     The workshop spans 8-weeks and meets weekly with a group of others on a similar journey.  The combination of the group energy and the Guidebook create a dynamic program that promotes change and accountability to the process.

     The Body Belief program examines the issue of body image and weight through different eyes.  The struggle to lose weight is about more than “calories in, calories out”.  It has deeper meaning that involves learned behaviors, habits, core beliefs, ‘fat thinking”, conflicting desires and fear of failure and success.  It is a complex issue, one that is not healed by cutting calories or fat grams!  Body Belief offers an alternative option to traditional weight loss programs.

Week 1 •  Stop Dieting! Begin Observing the Fat Mentality

Week 2  •  Clarity (Step 1) Reversal of the Fat Mentality
                   Investigate what you want by "Contrast"!

Week 3  •  Desire (Step 2) Create a Vision for your New Life

Week 4   •  The Art of Allowing (Step 3)
                    Remove the doubt and let your desire unfold!

Week 5  •  Stepping into Choice
                   Move from control/out-of-control to In-Charge!

Week 6  •  Hunger Observation I - Recognition
                   "Am I Hungry?" Discovery

Week 7  •  Hunger Observation II - Connection
                   "What am I hungry for?" Discovery

Week 8  •  Body Wisdom Basics
                   Eating for hunger, making new choices, identify
                   your toxic foods and move into body awareness!
