change your life! This class is an opportunity for you to look at
your life in a way you never have before!
The first meeting
will be an introduction and overview. You will be expected to
purchase the book and read the Introduction, Basic Principals and Tools
prior to the first class. You will be keeping a daily
journal "morning pages", making a weekly "artist's
date" with yourself and choosing weekly tasks from the book.
Be prepared to make a real commitment to yourself and the group.
