Mindfulness is about paying attention,
being in the present moment.
Mindful eating teaches us to be present with food.
During the four weeks we will explore:
- Current
behaviors and relationships to food.
- How
thoughts, feelings, internal and external pressures affect
how and why we eat.
- The
connection between the mouth and the body – learn how to
develop body consciousness.
- The
Principles of Mindful Eating and how it can change your life
and your body.
Each participant will create a personal
mindful eating practice that can be the start of an entirely new
relationship with food and body image.
